Food Forward (“we”) are collecting your data as part of the Dairy Forward project. The project is testing a new service for clean technology investment in the dairy industry. By filling in and submitting this form you’re identifying yourself as the representative of a relevant company in the industry.
We’re collecting and processing this information as we have a legitimate interest in assessing whether you’re eligible to take part in the project and providing this test service and any subsequent services that emerge from the project.
The recipients of the data will include Food Forward’s staff and contractors developing the platform and service. For the duration and purpose of the project only, it may also include Food Forward’s academic partners at the University of Surrey.
Your data will not be communicated to any other organisation or individual unless we’re required to do so by law. In particular, for avoidance of doubt, none of your personal information will be accessible to anyone else in your industry.
Although Food Forward is receiving public funding for this project, we‘re not required under the funding rules, to pass on any personal data to any third party working in or for the government. If this changes during the development of services emerging from the project we will let you know, and give you the option to withdraw your consent. But we don’t expect such a change to happen.
We’ll keep this data until you request that we delete it. You can also ask to see it at any time and request changes.
